Look at how straight he has the flag as he waves it! Puppy was keeping a close eye over him. His new shirt says "Daddy is my superhero". It was so cute that I couldn't resist getting it.

We went shopping and bought him some big boy clothes-he has a button-down, collared shirt with little shorts here. It was so adorable!

We did smokebombs at Grandma and Grandpa's house on the 4th.

JJ got tired and conked out in my arms while we were doing the smokebombs. Once he decided it was naptime, he was out like a light. It didn't matter that it was sunny out and that we did smokebombs.

Isn't this just so sweet? He has figured out that he can put his fist, fingers, or thumb in his mouth and really loves it. He's got the edge of his fist here.

Haven had fun playing in his carseat rocking away.JJ is getting so big-we weighed him this weekend and he is 12 pounds! That is double his birth weight. We're so excited he's growing so well. Now he can fit into the 3-6 month old size clothes. He is 3 1/2 months already! He is more and more alert and interactive every day. He likes playing with toys, talking, laughing and observing his world. It is so much fun to see him changing right before our eyes.
