A day at the zoo

We went to the zoo this weekend-JJ liked the fish best. He just watched the fish swim all over the tanks and liked watching all the different fish.

JJ was interested in all the different shapes, sizes and colors of the fish.

He laughed or smiled whenever the fish swam close by to us watching.

We also fed the birds nectar in the birdhouse. A bird landed on his head and then jumped/flew to his arm and nibbled his arm a little bit-not really enough to hurt but not fun either. After that, we kept the birds off of him. He liked watching the birds though.


We fed the goats-they have really slimy tongues....after that we had to wash our hands up really well.
The bear was really cool-he enjoyed watching the bear walk around the exhibit.
Nap time....


We also fed the giraffe-he liked that and laughed when the giraffe touched his hand with its tongue. The zoo was great-the weather was really pretty and it was a fun morning out.
