JJ's 1 year old birthday party

We had JJ's 1 year old party on Saturday. Here we are singing Happy Birthday to him.

He got a kick out of everyone singing-huge smiles.

We did Sesame Street decorations-fun!

His 1st birthday cake!

We got a little smash cake that was just his to dig into. He wasn't sure at first about it-I got him a big bite of the chocolate cake and he liked that more than the frosting. There were little sprinkles on the frosting that he liked picking off.

He tore off the side of cake and dug into it.

Yummy!

He had lots of fun hanging out with everyone-he entertained all of us.

Nana and Papa got him a car transporter that has cars and animals that fit in the cars. It also sings and talks.

Katie and Caleb got him a soft alligator, a squishy ball, his Easter basket and his own little chair-that is so cute!

We got him a soccer ball, a big blue ball, fingerpaints and a fire truck-he likes playing with the balls and I can't wait to fingerpaint.

Grandma and Grandpa brought a cute yellow duck and a balloon-he likes to hit the balloon and let it come back to him.

Fun with the bubble gun-it's handy because you don't run out of breath blowing bubbles.

Hanging on to Daddy trying to catch the bubbles...

He would clap his hands and crack up when everyone else would clap their hands and laugh at him. He kept doing that and had a blast getting everyone to join in the fun.
